All orders over £50 will be dispatched FREE OF CHARGE on a next day delivery service. All orders processed by 3.00pm Monday to Thursday will be with you the next day - as long as someone is there to sign for it!. Orders received after 3.00pm on Friday will be sent on Monday.
Supplement only orders under £50 are still dispatched using next day delivery, however, we charge a nominal fee of £3.50 for this.

USA Delivery; up to 2kg by International Registered post at £15
RETURNS AND REFUNDS;
If your order is retuned to us due to failure on your behalf to sign, collect, or change of mind, a surcharge of £5 will be incurred, to cover the cost of handling, administration and re-sending. If you have changed your mind and don't want the order we will refund you minus a £10 re-stocking fee which is to cover the next day shipping charges we have paid on your behalf.
If you wish to return an item you must do so within 7 days of receiving your goods, please call or email to confirm our returns procedure. Anybody failing to do this will have there returned item refused.
Refunds
If you request a refund because you dont like the item or have not paid attention to the sizes shown when you ordered a £5 re-stocking surcharge plus will be deducted. This is to help cover delivery, packaging and administration as these costs are heavily subsidized. This is not applicable if the goods have been reported to us faulty or damaged. Damages to supplements must be reported to the courier driver at the time of delivery, if a shipment is signed for as ok then we cannot exchange it.
SECURITY INFORMATION;
All customers placing an order online will need to supply their home landline telephone number as part of our security check, if you fail to provide all the information required and subsequently cancel your order a £5 administration fee will be deducted from any refund given.
All credit, debit and switch cards must be registered in the UK to enable us to carry our security checks. All non UK registered cards may not be accepted OR accepted with further proof required.
We require your landline telephone number so we can verify your details and/or contact you if there is a problem with your order. We do not sell or release any of your private information to any third party. We are required by our bank to hold a valid home landline telephone number.
